Purpose
Ø        Loan for construction, extension of business. 

Eligibility
Ø        An industry established with the view of business and registered under the Provisioned Act.
Ø        Gross monthly income should be at least double of the monthly installment of the loan. 

Loan Amount Limit
Ø        Upto Company's SOL there is no limit for loan amount.
Ø        As per company's act.  

Interest Rates & Other Fees
Ø        Published Interest Rate is applicable.
Ø        Processing fee is Rs. 1,000/- .
Ø        Loan Service Charge is 2% of sanctioned amount or minimum Rs. 2,000/-.  

Repayment & Repayment Period
Ø        It is based on Equal Monthly Installment (EMI).
Ø        Maximum loan period 10 years.
