Birgunj Finance Limited was established as a Limited Company as per the Company Act 2053 on 2059 Kartik 7 with the office of Company Registrar. It has obtained permission from the Nepal Rastra Bank to operate as a Finance Company as per the Finance Company Act 2042 on 2060 Ashwin 7 and accordingly started its full fledged operation as a finance company since 2060 Ashwin 11. The registered office of the company is in prime location of Parsa District, Aadarshanager, Birgunj (called economic capital) of the country. The company since its establishment is utilizing its resources for the betterment of the economy of Nepal with the corporate slogan of “Commitment To Build”. To serve the citizens of Nepal it has expanded its branch at Kamaladi, Kathmandu and Itahari, Sunsari. Since the early phase of the company’s operations, it is proven that the company has started earning net profit from the first year of its operations despite the various barriers in industrial and trade field. The company is being promoted and directed by the experienced and skilled Bankers, Industrialist, Traders and other Intellectual person. The management of the company is also felt to be one having efficient, capable and effective manpower. The company, though starting its operations from Kamaladi, Kathmandu from last three years of operational period it is seen that its potential market share in Kathmandu has been increasing rapidly. There are numbers of depositors and borrowers who are involved in trade and business as well as other field, who have their major business relationship, transactions and also the establishments in Kathmandu. During this period, it has been observed that the Gangavu is one of the well groomed area of Kathmandu. Population of Gangavu has been increasing day by day as well as the business volume too.
