1. What type of cards does Birgunj Finance Ltd. issue? We issue normal Visa Debit Card from National NIBL network (A member of VISA Network).
2. How to avail BFL DEBIT Card? To subscribe for BFL DEBIT CARDS, our account holders can visit any of our branches and submit the filled card application form. The company reserves the right to accept or reject any application. Card application forms will be available at all our branches and also in our website www.birgunjfinance.com - Download Application
3. How long will it take to avail the card facility once the application has been submitted to the respective branch? It will be ready within 15 days.
4. How long is the card valid for usage? The card is valid for 3 years
5. Shall I get a renewed card against the expired one? Upon the expiry of your card, you can get a renewed card. New card needs to be purchased once the existing card is expired.
6. Can I close the card on my wish? Card can be closed anytime as per the wish of the customer.
7. Where can the cards be used? BFL Debit Card can be used in Nepal for cash withdrawal where the VISA Card is accepted Liast of Terminal is listed in question number 13 .
8. How much charge I have to pay for new card? For the first time, you will get free of cost and for renewal and new card issue you have to pay just Rs. 200/- for normal Card.
9. What if the card gets lost or stolen? Please inform BFL to block the usage immediately. However, you must send a written application also at the earliest. Please note that you are fully liable for the transactions processed up to the time BFL is notified of the lost/stolen card. The Finance will issue the replacement of the lost/stolen card upon your written request with applicable charges. 10. If PIN forgotten, can I get new PIN immediately? A new PIN will be generated and you will get the new PIN within 15 days. But you have to submit written application to the branch where you have applied for card or in the Kathmandu head office as per your convenient.
11. If card trapped in ATM, how can I get my card? You have to contact to the ATM linked branch on the same day.
12. What is the withdrawal/Transaction limit in ATM and POS?
