Purpose
Ø        Construction of new building.
Ø        Purchase of new land, land & building and flat.
Ø        Renovation of the existing building. 

Eligibility
Ø        A Nepalese Citizen having salary income or self employed.
Ø        Gross monthly income including spouse should be at least double of the monthly installment of the loan.
Ø        Age of the applicants should be less than 58 years.
Ø        The land should be out of any type of disputes and the house or the flat should be in the name of the applicant. 

Loan Amount Limit
Construction and Purchase for New Land, Building
Ø        Inside VDC/Municipality                   : 75,00,000/-
Ø        Outside VDC/Munucipality               : 25,00,000/- 

Renovation/ Repair and Maintenence
Ø        Inside VDC/Municipality                   : 15,00,000/-
Ø        Outside VDC/Municipality                : 5,00,000/- 

Interest Rates & Other Fees
Ø        Published Interest Rate is applicable.
Ø        Processing fee is Rs. 1,000/- for appication of Rs. 10 lacs and Rs. 500/- below 10 lacs.
Ø        Loan Service Charge is 2% of sanctioned amount or minimum Rs. 2,000/-. 

Repayment & Repayment Period
Ø        It is based on Equal Monthly Installment (EMI).
Ø        Maximum loan period 15 years.
